I wish zero stars was an option, that's what they deserve. Horrible building owner, horrible management team. Calling the building I lived in down in Soulard at 1709 S 8th St for 2 years a slum is an insult to slums. Owner REFUSED to fix the leaking roof. He sent out estimators for a new roof and they just laughed when they saw the state of the building. This have been the most horrible experience with landlords and tenants I have ever encountered! If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. The property manger has to be the worst obnoxious person you can give your money to for rent each month ever. Bryan Ellsworth is cheap when it comes to his property and very argumentative.
