RecommendedGreat staff very welcoming they treat your pet like their own. They take their “family” vet very serious unlike other vets who treat your pet like a number! Kudos to Dr Jones and all the staff who make it possible and of course Cow the greeter !
I do not have enough experience to make any recommendations for this business. When I say business, you better believe it, you are going to pay an extremely high price for services! First off, the guy working there, Jim?, well he made us an appt for a new visit for our three dachys and then when we got there he told us we didn't have an appt!! Dr Jones & her staff were friendly, attentive to my dogs needs,& very informative to my needs.
Front desk guy makes me sick. Lies through his teeth and acts as if he owns the place. The Vet is good but to keep her customers she need to listen to what’s being said. Vet is good but guy in front desks makes me sick, horrible customer service....

I brought one of my best buddies in today because he has not been feeling well. I have to say that I really appreciated Dr Jones taking the time to really listen. She even called me at home to update me on her thoughts of my kitty. We will be gladly transferring care of our 3 family members to Ellsworth Family Veterinary Clinic. Soooo impressed with not only the care but the knowledge base.
Such a beautiful clinic with a wonderful and friendly staff! They were extremely knowledgeable and supportive as I cared for my elderly cat in her final year, and later on when I adopted two sickly kittens, Dr. Jones's ingenuity saved them. Highly recommended!
