This store gives by far, the worst service of any company I have ever done business with. The locksmith arrived 2 hours late to the appointment. Not one employee called to inform me that he would be late. I had to call both shops 4 times just to know when the service would be completed. The owner refused to apologize or give a discount. Save your time and money, rent a drill of your own or go to a different locksmith.
