We had an amazing time.well worth the price and the kids enjoyed it.
a great place to have Family Fun
We had a great time They took great care and I’m sure it took a long time to carve all of the statues by hand the Cider , doughnuts and popcorn was delicious
This family invests a fortune to put on what I think is the most comprehensive pumpkin farm atmosphere in NY. Buy the ticket... Take the ride. It’s well worth it.
I thought the place was clean and all the simple activities were nice......but some ropes, wood, and tires do not measure up to the, what, $24 admission fee for EACH person.....$3.50 per person for a short "train" ride, $8-9 beer/hard cider, $5 lemonade ( mostly ice). There is " making a buck" off of people struggling thru COVID wanting to get out to do something...and there is ripping people off with unnecessary super high pricing. This is not an amusement park......almost $100 for my family of 4 to get in, but unable to ha... read more
Business response:
Hi Lulu, we are sorry to hear the pricing didn’t make sense for this occasion. As you mention clean and nice, clean is because of COVID we have 5 extra staff on hand constantly cleaning with expensive sanitizers. We didn’t raise our prices because of COVID, it’s just our business, but COVID did raise prices on us. Our food prices haven’t really changed in many many years. It sounds like you enjoyed your experience but the price didn’t work, we don’t want to exclude anyone but we also don’t want to go out of business! Feel fr... read more
Living only 40 mins away, I can’t believe I haven’t been sooner. It was a blast!! My almost 3 year old could participate in just about everything here something things with assistances. A very beautiful and creative place. Today was our first time and we will be returning annually, if not more often!
What a lame experience. For $42? The description of the experience is VERYYYYY Exaggerated. Hand carved “jack o lanterns.” I guess the biggest issue was going there expecting to see carved pumpkins and seeing carved foam. Not knocking the artists, but they aren’t pumpkins. Disappointing. I’m sure the family farm owners were laughing at every car (at $30-$60 a car) that drove out of their back yard past their luxurious mansions...at least those are cool. Further more, the horrible customer service shown in this comment sectio... read more
Business response:
What a lame review. The description is exactly what it is, they are hand made and hand carved pumpkins. The amount of time it takes to carve these and the reality of when the real pumpkins are ready is far apart. Not to mention, the pumpkins would rot every so often making an artistic show as such impossible. When you claim To know the economics of how a farm or business operates with a statement as such open “laughing at every car($30-$60)... tells us you have no idea what it takes to operate a business, what you are talkin... read more
Well run facility with an absolute ton of things to keep the kiddos busy. Well worth every penny. The food is even reasonably priced and a great selection of adult beverages for those that partake.
Great place to bring family and friends for a fun day with unlimited activities for everyone! Can’t wait to go back!
