When I say the staff and dr. DeSantis has been a blessing to me. He listened when I said I was hurting he made sure to fix it. Amazing family man with the sweetest smile. Him and his staff treat you like family
The staff has always been very rude over the phone, but rarely in person. Bridget seems a little too involved with her patients, but as soon as you make it known as nicely as possible she then will quickly toss you around to another coworker without warning. I switched doctors at their clinic and she’s great, but the staff is RUDE! This past week has been horrible and this year in general.
i saw Stacy Nix for several years. she’s a horrible NP and an even more horrible of a human being. in July, i found out i was pregnant. she and her ultrasound tech, told me numerous times i was 5-6 weeks pregnant. told me i miscarried. so with that… she gave me three options of how to pass everything. either naturally, d&c procedure, or 3 pills you insert vaginally(which is usually for an abortion). well, not knowing, i took the pills. ended up in the ER. had to still have a D&C. swapped over to south central clinic with Dr ... read more
