The staff has always been very rude over the phone, but rarely in person. Bridget seems a little too involved with her patients, but as soon as you make it known as nicely as possible she then will quickly toss you around to another coworker without warning. I switched doctors at their clinic and she’s great, but the staff is RUDE! This past week has been horrible and this year in general.
i saw Stacy Nix for several years. she’s a horrible NP and an even more horrible of a human being. in July, i found out i was pregnant. she and her ultrasound tech, told me numerous times i was 5-6 weeks pregnant. told me i miscarried. so with that… she gave me three options of how to pass everything. either naturally, d&c procedure, or 3 pills you insert vaginally(which is usually for an abortion). well, not knowing, i took the pills. ended up in the ER. had to still have a D&C. swapped over to south central clinic with Dr ... read more
I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY RECCOMEND BOTH DR. DESANTIS AND STACY TO ANYONE. BOTH ARE EXTREMELY WONDERFUL AND THEIR BEDSIDE MANNERS ARE PHENOMENAL. WHEN YOU CAN FIND A DOCTOR THAT LISTEN REALLY LISTEN TO YOU, AND TAKE IN WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, NOW THAT DOCTOR IS A KEEPER. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BOTH OF THEM AND IF I COULD GIVE A HIGHER RATING I WOULD BECAUSE THE TWO OF THEM AND THE GREAT STAFF THERE TO ARE WAY ABOVE A FIVE STAR RATING. Dr. DeSantis and Laurie have been my providers for over 20 years and Dr. DeSantis was my co-worker when I worked labor & delivery. I highly recommend both him and his staff. Other awesome points: Minimal wait times in clinic, personalized treatment, professionalism, and most important Dr. DeSantis will be there for his patients. He will make follow-up visits in order to explain results and make sure all your questions are answered. He is most important a Christian man.
