We purchased a home in Livingston and hired Mitchell Chiger of Ellison Home Inspection to inspect the home. Mitchell did a very thorough, detailed and quality home inspection. He went above and beyond to assist and guide us looking out for our interests. He only works with home buyers and get's referrals from home buyers as well. Even after closing on our home, I have reached out to Mitchell Chiger on multiple occasions for questions and issues with a Contractor's work. Had a structural home inspection scheduled with Mitch for Aug.19 at 11 am, Ellison Home inspection was a NO SHOW! Did not even have the decency to call, text, email nothing to advise on what happened or reschedule. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!! Not professional at all!! Wish I could post this review without the one star rating, definitely not worthy of any stars in my book!
Professional job by inspector with a ton of experience. Discovered all tiny things and cracks in the house. Explain all points and weaknesses of the house!!! Deserved 5 star +++
