My lord its so noisy and the water is not working correctly I regret moving in I will be looking for another place in nyc soon doesn't make sense for the rent is to high so many problems no hot water in the morning and I am tired of complaining about the banging on the floor I already have another apartment not even here for a month

Alloco is the best real estate management company in Rochester. Ellison is a fantastic facility - clean, modern with fantastic amenities. Joey on their management team is a class act.
Nice apartments, no balcony for some reason but sliding doors for one? The “Gym” is far too small considering there’s 4 buildings worth of apartments. Pool is not heated, and sits in the shade, with constant gunfire from the conservation club down the hill and is loud enough to hear when your windows are closed. Overall not worth the price tag but, if you don’t mind the noise the area is nice. Lots of walkable stores and neighborhoods around. Clean and well kept.
I've been living here almost 2 years now. Been a great place where I have met many new friends and people. The outdoor area is a great place to be at night in the summer. Joey is always very communicative and will help with anything that you need. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!
