Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my input and concerns. I feel like we're working together instead of them just telling me what to do. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
