I gave one star because it made me in order to write this review. This man is over the top frustrating to deal with...We were recommended to him for roof repairs. While trying to explain our situation with insurance and damage he constantly interrupted me with, "I've been doing this for 40 years and I know what I'm talking about"...after again trying to explain what we were facing, he became complacent and I was unable to speak.
