Mike's web site says "service is the difference". I have e-mailed, called, and texted Mike for urgent help regarding one of his listings in Durham (I'm a buyer). I never even got an acknowledgment reply. In todays fast moving market, that does not seem like very good service. In this case it made a 'difference' in my interest in getting involved with him and his listings.
I trust Mike completely. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone
