I went in for help because I was puking and spitting up - there was blood in it. They did not take me serious. The MA laughed at me infront of me and said “are you sure it’s blood” while continuing to giggle. I left and went to another doctor to find out my tonsils had been bleeding causing the mixture of puke and blood. Disgusting behavior from a doctors office and “professionals”. Originally, I did not want to leave a review, but I feel like people need to know what is going on and what patients like myself are experiencing. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a medical office. During my first visit last year, I was assigned a primary care provider, Sushma Prathipati. Worst doctors office I've had in my ENTIRE LIFE and I am 35 and lived in 5 states across the US and had tricare primary and standard previously and thought that was gonna be the worst. NO, this office is TERRIBLE. THE ONLY good doctor is the super old short lady who saw me as a walk in when I came in with a bee sting and I am allergic and it swelled up my whole upper leg and was infected and my own doctor couldn't see me because she was "too busy" but that lady took me right in.
