What can I say? This place is horrible. I called and spent hours on hold trying to get my wifes primary care set up and clear up insurance issues. Every person I spoke to was lazy and did not want to do anything to help. They tried to say insurance companies submit preauthorization. Lmao. They refused to call me back and refused to provide documentation that one of their doctors were in my insurance network. During this time, I experienced so much disrespect from the staff. You have been warned. DO NOT GO HERE.
It takes literally 50 seconds to make a phone call to the pharmacy for a refill. WHAT'S THE DEAL. IT'S YOUR JOB, DO IT.
Zero focus on patient care. Called several times to help me understand my Blood test result, they'd put me on hold, setup appointments and never show up. Do they even know what 'patient care' even means?
Awful. My husband scheduled an appointment but couldn’t get in due to the incompetent nose ring girl. Ellis has gone down hill. Dr’s have even told me to stay away from Ellis. Emergent care downstairs charges insurance $600 for a Covid test.
