Doctor Mazzei is the only doctor or professional in this building who cares about her patients. I had scheduled a sick visit today with Christina and her nurse, Sarah, called me to request I come in early for my sick visit and I agreed. I wish I could leave 0 stars on some places because this office is absolutely horrible. They do not care about their patients. Christina Falchi is rude and condescending and clearly doesn’t care about her patients at all. I waited for 45 minutes for a video call only to be greeted by her rude unapologetic tone when she finally got on. My husband said he would have hung up after waiting even 20 minutes but I desperately needed this appointment. Sucks. 50% of the time I don't get my script on time from them despite calling it in days beforehand and have to repeatedly notify them.

I went in with severe back pain, numbness down right side from hand to toes. I felt I pulled my back out. I saw Dr. Stephen Sokaris. He did a few little pokes to the legs with a needle, bent my leg up and down and told me it was my sciatica and sent me home with gabapentin after I told him that I just got off that stuff it does not work. I asked if he could do xrays but he said it was not necessary. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME TO DISCUSS MY ABNORMAL LAB TEST RESULTS. I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES SINCE LAST WEEK AND NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK. I’ve called seven times. No one will answer my call. If I am sick and they won’t reply and give me assistance, I will gladly take them to court for neglecting a patient.
