Starting to feel the negative of this company
Ellis Pool Safety Covers have repaired my cover and system several times over the years. The techs have always showed up on the scheduled day and made the necessary repairs. Today the tech repaired some damage to the track system caused by animal chewing. Now my cover works like it’s supposed to. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

Multiple no shows for installation, after specific dates/times set. Repeatedly asked to speak with owner, when he finally got in touch it was through email only to berate me-the customer. Horrible experience. **Just the response I would expect from a classless person...whom I've never met in person and have never even spoken to-again, only communication was his nasty email.
