I would not recommend buying here. I’ve only been here since 2020 and I have dry rotted wood around my back door. Our HOA fees are $175 a month and I can’t even get lawn maintenance in my backyard because the neighbors on both sides lock their gates and it’s extremely hard to get in contact with the HOA president or any other Person that is working in the HOA department they don’t respond to phone calls or emails.
