Friendly environment
I've lived here over a year. We have the best manager and assistant manager now, since I've been here. All I need to do if there's ever a maintenance problem, is make that phone call or scan the code on my refrigerator magnet, and they show up in ten minutes. I'm very happy to have these things and what a nice neighborhood. Also, we've never had any crime here. I hope you can be our new neighbors.
The management at Ellis Point has made moving to the area as smooth as possible! We absolutely loved how helpful and professional they were during the entire process and we know that they strive to make sure that Ellis Point truly feels like home!
Nice little apartment, manager is friendly and quick to respond when contacted. The grounds are wonderful and well kept.
My family has been living in Ellis for almost 10 months. The first couple of months were rough because one of our neighbors smoked, and the smell kept sneaking into our place. My kids and I couldn’t stand it. The apartment’s supposed to be smoke-free according to the contract, but we’d still catch whiffs of smoke in the middle of the night or on weekends.
