Dr. Fiona helped me so much after my shoulder injury! She had so much knowledge on stretches and exercises I needed to do. I felt so much better after my first treatment and can’t wait to go back and see the team at EPIC
I originally dislocated my shoulder playing lacrosse in college. I have struggled with stability, mobility and strength ever since which has kept me on the sidelines and away from the activities I love. Ever since going to EPIC, I have felt a noticeable increase in mobility and stability, and am becoming more and more active - as well had having more trust in my body that I won’t get hurt anytime I move. Thank you Dr. TJ & Dr. Fiona!!
After my shoulder injury - I struggled with mobility, strength and stability. This kept me out of my daily activities until I started going to EPIC and have re-gained so much strength and confidence in my shoulder. They have been really great - thank you to Dr. TJ & Dr. Fiona!
