I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ellis Pediatrics regarding my child’s care and how our family was treated. During our interactions with Lauren Rogers, concerns were raised that ultimately resulted in a CPS report being made about our family. Can never get ahold of anyone. They state they have walk ins from 8-9 but when I just went to bring my daughter at 815 I was told walk ins were already full. There was only one child in the waiting room who had an appt/ wasn’t a walk in. Fed up with this practice and will be changing providers as soon as possible.

The nurses and doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful, but are completely overshadowed by the fact attempting to get ahold of this office is impossible. Option 3 will send you to a guy who is absolutely condescending and useless, and noone from the reception office will pick up, and if you leave a message they never return it. Never been so hard to get forms for school.

Sad you have to wait for a nurse to call you bad to get any kind of appointment for a child. And for the man the answers the phone (Mark) to say haven’t your kids ever been sick before. No guess we now call the doctors office to have a party.
