Can never get ahold of anyone. They state they have walk ins from 8-9 but when I just went to bring my daughter at 815 I was told walk ins were already full. There was only one child in the waiting room who had an appt/ wasn’t a walk in. Fed up with this practice and will be changing providers as soon as possible.
The nurses and doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful, but are completely overshadowed by the fact attempting to get ahold of this office is impossible. Option 3 will send you to a guy who is absolutely condescending and useless, and noone from the reception office will pick up, and if you leave a message they never return it. Never been so hard to get forms for school.
Sad you have to wait for a nurse to call you bad to get any kind of appointment for a child. And for the man the answers the phone (Mark) to say haven’t your kids ever been sick before. No guess we now call the doctors office to have a party.
If it wasn’t for Dr Sovanna I would have left this practice a long time ago. The nurse practitioner don’t care about the kids that come into this office. The nurses are no better at all. My husband brought my 2 yr old in who had allergy reactions to the second antibiotic within 3 weeks she had an ear infection that both the nurse, the doctor and nurse practitioner all were recorded saying her right ear was red and inflamed.
