Very good doctor.
Absolutely one of the most unpleasant attitudes I’ve encountered in a healthcare professional is from Kerri the “PA.” The level of condescension was unreal, paired with a “know-it-all” demeanor that wasn’t backed up by even basic awareness of how things actually work. Instead of communicating like a professional, she talked down to others, dismissed simple questions, and carried herself as if she were above everyone in the room. This doctor has a reputation that’s not very good. He held money that my insurance company had overpaid him for 6 months before he would refund me. There are other better doctors in town
