Very disappointed at #Ellispaincenter . Instead of turning patients away because everything has been done so theres nothing further you can try to help , you should be able to refer over to someone instead or letting a patient leave and go home to continue being in pain.
After a 2 hour drive and waiting 2 months to get in, I was told they would not take me as a patient. Had no reason why and would not give me a reason. Doctor Hughes came in for less than a minute, put his head against the wall and said we will see you on your next follow up. I recommend anyone who lives far choose another doctors office. They also had me sign a contract and then turned me away. I am not a drug user nor had any past problems with any doctors.
Doctor Hughes is awesome he leason to me as I tell him how I feel I just went though spinal surgery in the neck and you can see he feels your pain as well. I will recommend Ellis pain center to all my family and friends Doctor Hughes is cool. But I do have a question if someone else is reading this the woman that I pay my co-pay what's her name and is she married?
I no longer go to Dr. Ellis, in fact , I am off all pain meducation. My years at Ellis Pain Clinic were great. I loved Dr. Ellis and Dr. Hughes , all the nurse and tech assistabts were wonderful. They were like family for the eight years that i went.
They are always professional and very friendly. Great pain clinic. They listen to what you have to say about how you are feeling. Even in the halls the staff always greets you.
They are very efficient. Very thorough. The staff is very friendly.
Dr Ellis and Dr Hughes are wonderful Doctors who take the time to understand just what is going on with you and works with you to fix it. Love them.
