If I could give zero stars I would, my husband went in for a cold he had for a few days & was spitting up blood, the PA who saw him was very rude & I feel really didn’t do her job… thank god it wasn’t anything serious, I don’t plan on going back….
Asked if busy. Woman was dismissive, went to another facility instead.
There is really no need for the medical staff to be rude. I literally took 2 minutes of your time. Nowhere else are they like this.
Stay away!!! The PA doesn't listen to patients and dismisses any concerns you might have. You will not get appropriate treatment going here. Go to a different urgent care and save yourself the time and headache
