Their urgent care got nothing. No blood worms, no ultrasound. They only got CT scan. If anything, they will send you to the ER. What's the point of even having it as urgent care if I'm still going to the ER
Used to be my urgent care of choice. I will never go back. Receptionist is extremely rude. She shamed me for not having insurance but then refused to allow payment directly after the service. She claimed she didn’t even know how much it was going to be and that it would be billed. What business doesn’t accept immediate payment after a service provided?
Condescending “mid-level” doctor made me feel stupid for coming in for what turned out to be a life-threatening condition. Clearly did not want to be there. Appalled at the care. Never again.
If I could give zero stars I would, my husband went in for a cold he had for a few days & was spitting up blood, the PA who saw him was very rude & I feel really didn’t do her job… thank god it wasn’t anything serious, I don’t plan on going back….
