Dr Mahmood, Alyssa and all of the staff at Roswell Park @ Ellis saved my life. 5 stars could never be enough to thank them for what they've given me. Alyssa and the nurses are the most incredible women (and greg!) that I have ever met. They truly care about their patients and make you feel like a human which is in short supply when navigating the world as a cancer patient. I don't know what more to do about this ongoing problem, I am having at Ellis Medicine/Roswell Park Medical Oncology. I'm at the point of a mental & emotional break down and crying till I can't anymore. Seriously how many times does a breast cancer patient have to keep telling you and bring you paperwork multiple times showing that CDPHP will not cover the bill of $9,581.00 for the genetic testing I needed because my mother's side of the family has had multiple cancers.
