Primary care here is excellent. Front desk is always patient and helpful.
Great care, As a patient, I feel heard and seen, and the doctors are possessed with great expertise
Love my PCP wonderful doctor but the phone worker Robert is lazy and refuses to answer the phones constantly putting people on hold for 20 minutes at a time, then when I call again he asked how I can be helped only to put me on hold again for no reason only to be told you went to LUNCH. I get that you don’t wanna do your job but you get paid to do it. Do it properly.
I just wanted to write a quick review, for anyone looking for a provider who REALLY listens to you and takes your thoughts/feelings into consideration. Dr. Savla at the Mohawk Harbor office is that doctor and I could not recommend him more. He truly listens, educates you, and takes the time to get to know you. I recently switched my Mother over to him and she too loves him.
I always used to love this practice and felt very comfortable there but my most recent appointment will most likely result in me never coming back. the front desk girls have zero compassion and understanding for mental health and panic attacks. I also filled out a survey which better explains my situation on a personal level but I thought a public review was needed as I dont want anyone else to come here seeking mental or emotional assistance because the lack of compassion and the embarrassment caused by the treatment I reci... read more
