Great group of people. Never met them in my life. Had a boat trailor go defunct in a residential (fru-fru) area and they responded. Got a new trailor and serviced my boat . Thank you so much
Very good work. They were helpful and transparent in the work they provided.
Fastest and easiest purchase I have ever made.
I had another great experience here. I purchased a new Key West in 2018 and just had it back to Ellis for the first time since. They did an excellent job accommodating me, working with Yamaha directly for warranty resolution, and getting the boat back to me in a timely manner. It was a significant repair to my outboard. I’ve had the boat out four times since and it’s running perfectly. Highly recommended.
