Cute, cozy, romantic log cabin lodging. Small resort surrounded by forest on almost 900 feet of frontage on secluded Ellis Lake. Private outdoor hot tub. rowboats, canoes, snowshoes, volleyball and horseshoes are available. Chairs, grill, tables and a nice floating raft at the lake. Our Logrooms (motel rooms) have a small refrigerator and coffee maker. All other units have kitchenettes or full kitchens, some will also have a microwave. WIFI on property.

RecommendedThis place is easy to get to, the owners are friendly and welcoming. The cabins are clean and decorated with a cozy, friendly, feeling. I would recommend to anyone.

I just returned home from a 4 night stay at Ellis Lake Resort. It was perfect. I stayed in the Oak Logroom. Very simple but had everything I needed. Comfy bed, hot shower and a coffee maker. I really enjoyed my morning coffee by the lake each morning. Very helpful hosts.
Loved staying here, a couple years ago! Planning to stay here, again, soon! Beautiful resort, and wonderful family who owns it!!
Great rustic place to get back to simplicity and enjoy the outdoors and the good old days. Although I was concerned about no TV and air conditioning, it was actually pleasant. The fridge was the perfect size for a week's groceries. Great hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Becky was really helpful with touring suggestions and directions. Located out of town, yet still close to everything. We will definitely be back!
