BEST place to live 20 years plus
Right next to CORE Charter School lies Ellis lake apartments. Normally a nice and quiet neighborhood. Though just like every neighborhood it has some action. The cause during those loud nights it’s either the homeless yelling at their spouse, dog or themselves. Or a tenant yelling at their spouse. The manager is quick to respond to the tenants maintenance issues. For the most part all landscaping is good and on a weekly basis. Some of the trees could use some work. I almost forgot. It does have a pool for those hot days!
