Disgusted I wish I had read the reviews on this dentist before I went to him. After waiting on him over an hour he was in a hurry to get through with my exam. I was a new patient and he came into the room and didn't even introduce himself. He hurt me very badly with a dental instrument which poked my gums and caused bleeding. To my disbelief he did not even apologize. I should have left right then. After the exam I had several questions about the dental treatment he had recommended. Don't Go Here This dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Horrible Dentist! I will never go back to this incompetent dentist. He wanted to put a crown on a tooth that just needed a simple filling. He was not friendly and acted like he didn't want to be there. Dr. Ellis is money hungry and tries to con patients into very expensive dental procedures that are totally unnecessary.
Very Bad Dentist! Dr. Ellis has NO bedside manner. He is NOT friendly, and DOES NOT care about his patients. I've never been to a Doctor who was SO RUDE!!!
Welcomed there after bad service elsewhere I had unsatisfactory service at another dentist's office where I had been a paitent for 16 years. I began to go to Clay Ellis 3 years ago and have been very pleased with service there. The office staff are very helpful and he is very personable. I would reccomend him to others...
A Real Winner! I have been a patient of Dr. Ellis since I came back to the states when I was 14 (16 years ago). When I first met his office staff and Dr Ellis, I felt welcomed and the "family" atmosphere still exists today. Knowing that the same people work in the office when I started going 16 years ago says alot about Dr. Ellis. Dr. Ellis and his staff are always courteous and respectful of all their patients. My experience with Dr. Ellis's office.... I love, love, LOVE this place!! I chose Dr. Ellis because out of all of the dentists listed in Gadsden, Alabama, he was the only one with a positive review. Actually, he was the only one with ANY review! Anyway, I have had bad luck with dentists in the past, so I was very nervous about yet another dentist appointment. Wonderful family dentist I have been going the Dr. Clay Ellis since I was a child, and now my family and children go there, too. This dentist office is great! They have two waiting rooms, one for adults, and one for children with toys, books, and puzzles to play with while they wait. They let parents go back with their children to see the dentist. They have cool sunglasses for the kids to wear while having their teeth cleaned. The kids also get to get a prize out of the treasure chest when they are finished. They also have a... read more
