Scheduled an appointment for 7/17/25. The owner called me the day off to report that the he would not be able to keep the appointment as he is sick. I Inquired about another technician and to no avail was FORCED to reschedule for 7/18/25. No consideration for your customers as I had to take off to meet that appointment for today 7/17/25 not to mention it is an active heat advisory here and HVAC is still not working properly. Cont.
