Someone tried to enter my room at 9:15am in the morning. Thankfully I had the main lock on so it stopped them from opening the door all the way. No one knocked, and it shouldn’t have been housekeeping since nothing was said before hand and check out is stated as 11am. Not safe for solo travelers / women traveling alone. I want my money back…. Its terrifying that someone was able to just enter my room like that
While actively making our breakfast before the 9 am cutoff, the woman started putting up all the plates, utensils, and even some of the food. The food we were able to make, we had no plates to put it on and no utensils to eat it with. This was really bad service and rude of the employee to start putting things away when she could clearly see that we were fixing breakfast. Once again, it WASN'T even 9 am.
Wr specifically booked this room because it included breakfast, which is advertised until 9AM. We get down there at 8:45am and while making our waffles the manager puts everything away, plates and everything to where we have nothing to put our breakfast on or utensils to eat with. She's even looking at us while she does this, purely out of spite. When I address the issue with her, she just says "okay" and walks off, doesn't even offer us any utensils or a plate to put our food on (all before the 9am cut off). Won't be back a... read more
Staff was friendly and room was clean- good stop if you're needing to stop in-between Wichita and Denver. There is definitely a smell in the main lobby though, and the gym had standing water in it from what seemed to be an AC malfunction.
