Everyone from the nurse to the Drs were very nice. One particular RN stands out named Michele. She stayed with me and made sure I was comfortable. She was very comforting through the entire process.
Thank you for saving my dad's life!!! He has a long history of severe heart problems, had gone to Albany Med a couple days earlier with heart attack symptoms, they were busy, as usual, with long wait times and few available beds..not sure even they even read his chart or reviewed his history, but they said he was fine and released him. Within 2 days he had a massive heart attack with 100% blockage and had to be cardioverted over 15 times not sedated cuz he was flat lining. Thank God he prayed in the ambulance and the driver ... read more
