Terrible staff in their Social Work offices!! No one returns your call. They can’t get you discharged quick enough so they don’t have to do their job. There are legitimate reasons why my family member should not be discharged directly back to the location where his care was substandard and he was in danger. But the social worker staff, who should be advocating for him is not. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! Go to any other hospital if you can.

if i could give them a 0 i would my fathers kidney was daily i t an they had him sitting in the waiting room for 6-7 hours i don’t recommend this hospital at all they are very unprofessional an disrespectful the head nurse sara is a piece of shit an so is the ER front desk clerk they both don’t need a job working with people because they aren’t friendly or professional what so ever

I wanted to thank the people at the ER for their kind service and care . I brought my wife to Ellis for a rapid heart beat 175+and skipping beats. she was seen and they stayed with her until a heart Dr. came and helped get her back to under 120 and then diagnosed and corrected the problem . Thank You Ellis ER for your care and service to US.
