Recently partnered up with Ellis Home for condo listing w/property management. Had a client looking to lease out their condo w/property management services. This worked out great!! I worked with potential tenant and had them apply via Ellis Home Source. They provided me a tenant screening detailed/expections list. I gave that to my client to review and link to apply. Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone to apply for a rental property. I visited a rental property and wanted to apply - but their "AI" agent makes it impossible. Just the worst experience. Their homes are nice- and i dont doubt they offer good service - but their AI agent and lack of responses over the phone will be the end of them.
