He has the equipment and knowledge nedded to perform a well rounded home inspection. Inspected my home in 100° F humid weather with a good attitude. Report was comprehensuve and easy to understand. 10/10 would use again.
Very professional and thorough
It was a 94 degree day and Patrick was on the roof, underneath the house, and worked hard to determine the condition of the house. His report was thorough and easy to read. Great job!
Very detailed inspection with a web portal interface that is downloadable as a pdf complete with pictures and full description and summary. Patrick took plenty of time to review each item and explained the reasoning. I also like the fact that each item was listed as one of three categories depending on severity of the issue found. I highly recommend Patrick for your next home inspection.
