After having an inspection done I was pleased that I didn’t have much on it that was major. I bought the house. Moved in and instantly have a totally open ended pipe pouring water under my house. I wish I could post the video of it under the house. Also you do not have to crawl under my house. I can stand on my knees under it.
Patrick was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very patient in explaining inspection results and answering questions. Would highly recommend him and use him again.
