Patrick was very thorough with his inspection. His inspection report was extremely detailed and helped me to make a decision on whether to move forward with the property purchase or not. His prices are very fair especially considering the amount of effort that he puts into the inspection. He saved me from making a purchase that would have crumbled me financially.
