Replaced our air conditioner, the technician was great, why you got 1 star, but the rest of process was awful. First we were told they would be here between 8 and 10, they showed up 11:30 and took out the wrong air conditioner, after my husband told them which was correct. They told him, he was wrong. Called tech, he corrected them. So having to re-install that one, didn’t get started on ours until 1. The best customer service ever!!
Replaced a faceplate and left wires hanging around the airhandler. Still not working. Can't come back til tomorrow. Thanks for nothing!
