I have been using Ellis for over 10 years now. Each and every time I have called on him, he has been professional, very responsive, good value and quality. My outside air conditioner unit stopped working and was freezing late night. Around 7:30ish, I called Ellis and he was addressing the issue within 2 hours. He had to replaced the capacitor and the fan blower. He was truthful with me that I really need to replace my entire unit because it's been some years now since I have replaced it.
