Your staff is completely rude and disrespectful especially Liz in the A2 Welcome Center. When I questioned her about the COVID-19 policies and procedures and pointed out that they are not adhering to them properly she went off and got very disrespectful. She told me I need to not talk about something I know nothing about. I told her I do because I have a degree in Health Services Administration, I am not stupid. Not only have I had bad experience with Ellis but my fiancé has as well they pretend like they want to help you but all they want is the money and when you ask for a second opinion cause THEY think you are lying about being in pain the HANG UP on you!! Do not go here find a doctor that cares more about you then the money!

RecommendedThe care my wife received at Ellis Hospital ER, Surgery, ICU and A3 back in November certainly saved her life and was beyond great all the way around and it wasn't the exception because again this past week when she had follow up major surgery the standard and level of competence and compassion was just as good. I'm so glad to have her home and whole again and I can't thank all the nurses and staff enough.

been with them over 10yrs had 2 children when it was st Claire's my health had went down hill seriously bad and even had some serious personal operations I notice bariatric center is racist and they pick and choose who they want to help and the family health center is a circus they are failing taking care of people right then the ER treats people horrible

Your urgent care is horrible! They refuse to treat people who have serve sinus infection and fluid in ears who also have an underlying brain condition. The PA was rude and did not even check for any other problems. Never checked for strep, Flu or Covid-19. For her to not treat a person with antibiotics is an absolute disgusting sickening disgrace.
