I tried to get an appt for my husband who has Stage 4 esophageal cancer. We were 10 minutes late for our appt due to GPS problems. Mary Elizabeth Mastrianni, a nurse practitioner with whom we had the appt. wouldn’t see us staying that she doesn’t have to if we come 10 minutes late. I made another appt. I had to drag my husband, who could hardly walk, back to the car. Needless to say, we didn’t keep our second appt. Ellis CARE is everything but care. I found him a real doctor who respects her patients. Shame on you!
Ellis Medicine needs sued for upcoding and overbilling people. I can’t wait until their day comes. Many patients have been collecting documented evidence. It’s only a matter of time!

Was very upset at the way I was treated. I felt like all of the nurses for exception of 2 that were only there for a paycheck. The morning nurses never responded when you hit the nurse help button. I took over 1 1/2 hours for a response on the help button. Worst treatment ever!

I'll never recommend this hell hole, not even to my. worst enemy, almost all the staff are rude. I lost a few family members and friends in this place...mainly from the infection they got while in the hospital. they neglect patients. ignore calls.... my moms in the ICU and they stopped her antibiotics too soon, had to operate on her lungs 3 times, damaged the right one, left.her in the shower alone, they forgot about her!!!
