My brother passed away at the end of January and Ellis Funeral Home handled his funeral. The staff was kind. However, that was the only positive part of our experience. The family viewing started half an hour late. The funeral home submitted a death notice which provided the wrong service date. They had the newspaper run a correction on the day of the funeral.
