I bought flowers for my sister in law and when they were delivered to her it was not what I ordered. Did not even come close. I was really disappointed and upset. I talked with the owner and he said he was out of town and had someone else working at the shoppe and said that when he got back to the shoppe on Monday he would do her a floral arrangement and deliver it to her. I decided to purchase flowers for Mother's Day, and ordered from Ellis, it was the best choice ever. My wife was greatly satisfied with her arrangement and the selection of balloons was also a great pick from Ellis. Thank you so much for caring for the customers beyond the price.

This flower and gift shop is completely amazing! Ellis and his staff does incredible work for great prices! I have and always will be a faithful costumer!

Do not use this florists if you want what your ordered! After much conversation with the owner Ellis, he was not willing to accomodate me as a customer not being satisfied with what was delivered. I find it in poor taste to send dead flowers to a Hospice Center.
