Omgosssh... I just got off the phone with Bruce at Ellis Flowers . What a great Customer experience ! I placed an order for my floral client from my shop in Louisville. I selected Ellis due to the artistic, Premium flower arrangements I saw online. I’m a fanatic about flowers, designs and Customer service! The experience was a “Triple Crown” ... 5stars for all three of the Elements for a quality operation!
I ordered from them a custom flower basket for my mother in law for her birthday and they delivered it to her work place and I was told that they were pretty and gorgeous. My mother in law was very happy. Have no complaints with them. They gave what I asked for and made sure my mother in law was happy. Thank you
