John, the main contact comes off as professional and nice. He did offer me a great deal on tree services but when he did my neighbors he had to access my backyard for weeks. His crew left it covered in inches saw dust everywhere, left gatorade bottles on the ground, moved all my lawn furniture, knocked over a birdbath, broke my wheel barrow and fire pit, and left a trailer in my drive way for days without warning.
