In my 38 years, I have never walked out on a medical appointment. I had such a miserable experience this morning with Dr. Sushma Prathipati that I left and will never go back. I’ve been chronically ill for years and unfortunately am on several medications to manage my symptoms. This has to be the worst doctor's office I've ever attended. First, all the doctors are residents in training--most are DOs and not MDs. And they're basically learning to have bad family medicine practices, i.e., long call hold and wait times, don't ever call back patients who call them, understaff the office so patients don't get their questions answered. This place is badly managed. on three different occasions I show up for my appointment and I was told there was no appointment for me. I showed Sam the business card and he admitted that it’s his handwriting. but still claim there is no appointment for me. I asked to speak with a supervisor as usual there’s no supervisor on duty. After four days trying to get to a supervisor. The supervisor doesn’t acknowledge that there is a problem.
