Great neighborhood in a great location! Buying process was very easy with DSLD and they build a wonderful house!
The entire process from touring subdivisions to choosing & viewing plans to building, deciding colors, signing to close & then moving in was a seamless, professional, exciting & blessed experience! The kindest Build Sales Rep's around. Every step of the way Alicia & Kaylee were & "ARE" amazing even today! They make it easy for questions, concerns or advice. I cannot recommend DSLD and Alicia with Ellis Estates enough! The whole experience from an open house to keys in hand was professional but also so fun and exciting! We had 6 months to wait from purchasing to building to finally moving in and Alicia was so sweet, genuine and a pleasure to deal with. We also love love love this neighborhood so far. Can’t wait for more neighbors!
