Kleet Ellis and his staff are incredibly knowledgable and incredibly helpful when it comes to providing a solution that best fits budget. Can't say enough positive about this company!
TERRIBLE customer service!!!! We called to get an ESTIMATE on our barn door. No call was made with an estimate, they just went and ordered a $300-400 part without our approval. When I called to actually get the estimate, the woman on the phone was very rude!! Once I told her to cancel the order, she hung up on me!!!
