I cannot speak highly enough about Ellis Developments. Katelyn has been absolutely incredible to deal with. Very kind, patient, helpful and honestly made the process so far super clear and stress free. Keiran has also been amazing and is super knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend you pop down to their display homes and have a chat with him if you have any questions at all. Thank you so much guys, I cannot wait to post again with photos of our brand new dream home.
Avoid Ellis They didn't do a final builders clean on our property near Elliott Springs and we are not confident that a proper hand over was done. I'm interstate and when I went on site , there were lots of defects as well as missing white goods. Elliott , of course , said the missing white goods must have been stolen after hand over but the "inspect my home" report showed that the washing machine/dryer and dishwasher were missing. A big thank you to the whole team at Ellis Developments for our beautiful home. Before deciding to build, we actively looked to buy for almost eighteen months, but found nothing on the market that made us go, "this is it!"
