Avoid Ellis They didn't do a final builders clean on our property near Elliott Springs and we are not confident that a proper hand over was done. I'm interstate and when I went on site , there were lots of defects as well as missing white goods. Elliott , of course , said the missing white goods must have been stolen after hand over but the "inspect my home" report showed that the washing machine/dryer and dishwasher were missing.
