The Nurses here are great but the reseptionest is the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. Every time I speak to her its just alful. She makes me want to cry. Treats everyone like dirt. We go in here with our kids It should be a positive place for the kids. I wish someone would give her job to someone who would enjoy it. There is a lot of positive people with no jobs right now..
Employees are nice but service is very slow. If I had an appointment at 9, I wouldn't be seen until 11:30-12. Every time I go, they say I don't have insurance (I do) then I have to call the insurance company for them to verify that I indeed do...which wastes about twenty minutes. When I call to schedule an appointment, it's an operator, and I never get a call back. So I continue to call throughout the week and STILL do not get an answer. My daughter has never had a problem getting a Dr visit. Almost any place there is a wait, but it's not excessive. Friendly staff and we love the Physians assistant.
Terrible experience very rude people except for Ashley she saved the day. AVOID this place
AVOID! This is the worst clinic ever! The "Rosie" its straight rude she forgot we pay her. the waiting time is just plain ridiculously. Never you will be taken at the time of your appointment. I will say avoid this place at all cost!
