We used ECHI for our inspection on our first home. Andy was knowledgeable, through, and got the report to us quickly which is a big help when trying to buy a house. He answered our questions and gave us good advice in prioritizing items and realistic expectations in buying a house built in 1968. After living in that home for four years, there was not one "surprise" that popped up. I highly recommend them and would use them again on a future home.
I had Ellis County Home Inspections inspect my home before I purchased it and I am so glad I did!
