I have been seeing Dr. Ellis for more than 10 years. Called to make my annual appointment today and a different company is attached to the number...Kim Eyecare? I asked if this is Dr. Ellis' office and the receptionist said "it used to be." She wouldn't tell me anything else, but did say I would have to do an initial exam because they don't have access to Dr. Ellis' files. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Dr. Ellis? This is the only number I can find online for him. Did he retire? Move?

Really loved coming to this office in the past. 5 stars but I'm having a terrible time getting an appointment at this time. No answer, the phone just rings and rings.
This is the doctor working with Vision Works next door. I have been a Vision Works customer for over 15 hears back in the day of Eye Masters. I have tried to make an eye exam apt for 3 weeks. I let it ring and ring and ring. No answer. I even called Vision Works and they wrote my name and phone number. They left it at the Dr.s office. They never called. Today, I went in person.
