Not someone who usually writes reviews, but I’ve left this shop unsatisfied twice now and won’t be going back. Both times I drove away and within minutes my engine light came on. I followed up each time by calling, and instead of helping, they refused to take any accountability or fix anything. As a young girl, those calls left me humiliated and upset Gave them the benefit of the doubt that the first time was a one off but had the same issue again. Definitely won’t be coming back and don’t recommend them

Been taking my son’s truck there, every time we leave a new engine light with more problems. Took sons car there for oil change come back missing parts. Took my teenage daughter’s car there twice now and both times left with engine light coming on two blocks away, but they didn’t do it?????? Enough is enough of being robbed by Ellis automotive, called them and told them they just lost all 4 vehicles we have been bringing them.

This is the kind of shady shop that you want to stay away from. They will tell you something is wrong with your car even thought it’s perfectly fine just to make more money off of you. If your looking for a shop, anywhere but here.

We moved up from the GTA a couple years ago to the lake and found this garage in lakefield. I took my older Gmc pick up in for brakes and a muffler and they found a couple small items that also needed attention. They called to confirm the price and the repairs were a go and completed them in a short turn around and the price was very reasonable. Thanks
