Extremely disappointed with the service. Communication was poor, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. The experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Would not recommend returning here.

I have been using Ellis for a few years now, from oil changes, tire roatoation and breaks. They are always efficient and cost effective. Today I had my check engine light come on as I was driving from home and they were able to get me in and fixed the same day. So happy! Thank you.
If i could put one star I would, my poor baby Helga we went and we got an oil change for her🥹. Helga is my lovely daughter and today after it the back windshield broke😱. I think they did something to it🧐.#neveragian #hatethisplace #no #0stars 🤬
