Called junior looking for a spare wheel and tire for my travel trailer he said “ I know I have some on a trailer “ I got there and he sent his guy up in the yard and came back with a decent rim with a tire on it for $35 mine is a 6 lug 15” and it was a great price and he was very nice to talk to and deal with.. A day rarely goes by we don't receive some positive compliment from old and new customers alike praising our customer service, prices, and quality of product. Do not use them they are rude and not willing to help we bought \$300 worth of parts that we now have to eat
Called for specific parts for a particular make and model. The guy said they had two cars like mine. Instead of trying to make a potential sale and giving me the logical info about those parts ( condition and price he wanted) ... he, instead, said " You will just have to come out here and see what parts are good on them." REALLY? Someone should teach this guy some business skills if he is in business for gain.
