I live in this community and let me tell you real deal. Tripointe builder cares about selling but once you buy it, then you are stuck with poor service and property management company that they forcefully paired with. The place had to wait at least 1 year to get mails (more than half of community members don't still have access to mailbox because tripointe didn't build mailbox). I live at Ellis at Central Station. I really enjoyed my stay here until Tri Pointe contractors from Asphalt Surfacing illegally towed my vehicle from a legal parking spot on city streets to the middle of the street and left it there for 3 days. I would have gladly moved my vehicle, but there was no signage posted at all about upcoming street or sidewalk work. I was out of the country and unable to move my car out of the street. Out house hunting followed the signs to the location.. 1. No parking across the street from park game going no street parking double park only not safe to do ..2.finally get to the office completely close someone who works there (man) comes out of empty tour home and rudely states its appointment only no signs that I have followed said that. Enough said will NOT give my business $$$$$$
